Test

Ground testing apparatus of electrostatic prevention PVC should accord with demand of “ staple testing apparatus”

Testing environment: Temperature should be among 15-30; The relative temperature should be smaller than 70%.Surface resistance value and Measurement of the systematic resistance value of electrostatic prevention PVC ground should adopt following testing ways:
1.Testing of surface resistance: whole electrostatic prevention ground should cut into 2-4m2,measure area: random access 30%-50% testing area, Put two electrodes into sticking panel surface separately, The interval is 900mm,. Contact electrode and panel are good. Should measure 4-8 numerical value in 2-4 m2 and note down.
2.Measurement of the systematic resistance: The area where should be nearest to every ground terminal, collect several points at random, Should contact an electrode well with the surface which sticks the panel, Another electrode links with earth port to form, Measure systematic resistance value and note down.
3.Quality assess method should perform according to GB2828<< stepwise examine sample procedure and sample form >>

The electric performance index should accord with the following demand:
1.Demand to have static leading type, its surface resistance and systemic resistance value are lower than 1.0×106Ω
2.Demand to have static dissipating type, its surface resistance and systemic resistance value are between 1.0×106-1.0×109Ω.
3.Systemic earth resistance value should satisfy the design requirement.

Appearance performance should accord with the following demands:
1.Can't appear hollowing, delamination, and chap phenomenon;
2.Don't have any obvious bumps and holes;
3.Don't have any obvious scars;
4.Don't have any obvious aberrations

The unit that carries on the ground testing of electrostatic prevention PVC should gain corresponding testing report qualification.

 

The requirement foundation:
1.The foundation should be waterstone ground,ceramic tile ground,wooden ground or cement mortar ground.
2.The ground should ne smooth and level and no uneven.Its unevenness should be less than 0.2%
3.The ground should have enough strength and no the phenomenon of sanding and separation.
4.The ground should be dry. It is necessary for new ground to dry about 30 days.
5.The temperature of construction locale should controlled in 10-35,and the relative temperature can’t bigger than 80%;The aeration performance is good., indoor other projects should finished basically.
6.Material, equipment and tool
A.Electric glue: should choose non- water soluble glue, the resistance value should smaller than laminated board, the stickup intension should bigger than 3×106N/M2
B. Plastic welding rod: Should adopt the material with even color and luster, unanimou external diameter, and good flexibility.
C.choose copper foil as electric earth net: The thickness should not be smaller than 0 . 05mm, the width should up to 20mm.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. The ground must be dry, free of any alien material and level. (reference:should maintain a level surface over a length of 3m with a maximum offset of about 3mm)
2. Concrete ground must be smoothed and when copper tapes are to applied to ceramic tiles and wooden floor, any holes, cracks, gaps, etc, should be completely clogged with filler.
3. Tile and adhesive should be stored on the site under normal temperature (25) for at least 24 hours prior to beginning installation and shall be stored under normal temperature (25) for at least 48 hours after completion of work.
4. tile of same lot should be used for repeated process.
5. It is strongly recommended to use adhesive approved by this firm, and a thorough mixing is required before use.
A. Size of adhesive applying spatula (groove intervals: 1.0mm, groove width 2.0mm, groove height:2.0mm)
B. Using appropriate size spatula, apply conductive adhesive evenly over tile floor.
C. To ensure good cohesion, be sure to keep open time (15 minutes) and finish work within workable period of time (1 hour) 
6. Upon elapse of drying time for adhesive, tiles are to be pressed while working toward of outside from the middle of tile alignment line.
7. For welding, V-shape groove in the depth of about 2/3 tile thickness will be made along tile joints when 48 hours have left following the laying work of tiles and adhesive has hardened.
8. Using PVC welding rod of 2-3mm diameter, welding is performed with welder.
9. Any protruding parts in welded area will be cut off with knife to become flat with adjacent areas.
10. When additional 24 hours have lapsed following the completion of the above processes, the finished surface will be cleaned off with neutral detergent using a aponge.
11. Upon completion of laying processes, entire area will be evenly pressed with a roller weighing 80 kg for perfect adhesiveness and seating.

Maintenance

1.It is not permitted that the sharp and rough heavy matters scribe and grag on the surface of floor and that personnel who wear shoes with nails walk on the flor. The floor should be kept clean, smooth and level.
2.It is not permitted that the chairs which have black rubber cushion puton its surface in order to avoid black sulfide polluting its surface.
3.If there are oil or dirty on its surface it may be sanded with cleaned or washing powder. If there is scribed sign in local position, it may be sanded with fine abrsive paprer.
4.If there is heavy oil and dirty caused by installation, our factory has special washer to clean them.
5.Our factory also has anti-static wax that can be used to maintain the floor. In should be coated one time within six months. If the personnel who walk on the floor are busy, it should coated one time within three months.
